Mr Chan has more than 30 years in the property market. He has held senior positions in Colliers Jardine as Senior Director (Valuation), Director, Residential & Project Marketing and was one of the founding directors of Henry Butcher Appraisal Group.
 
Tay Shiow Jiuan, Director

Ms Tay Shiow Jiuan has more than 18 years experience as a licensed real estate appraiser. Besides the usual residential, commercial and industrial properties, she had undertaken valuation of the specialized properties such as oil terminal, shipyards, power stations and logistics facilities.
 
Lau Chee Kin, Consultant

Mr Lau has more than 30 years of experience covering the full spectrum of industrial real estate value chain. He has held senior positions in JTC Corporation as Group Director, Policy & Services, Building Development, Redevelopment and Director, Customer Services. He is also advisor to industrial township development and management in the Middle East.
 
Mario Roberto P. Mendoza, Valuation Manager

Mario is a mechanical engineer with 28 years of experience in appraisal works in Philippines, China, Japan, Middle East, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore. He was AVP in Asian Appraisal Inc Philippines before joining the Singapore office in 2003. His works cover specialized installations such as cement plant, chemical plants, granite quarries and oil palm plantations.
