Asian Appraisal Company Pte Ltd has been established since 1971. The company was set up to work with the Economic Development Board (EDB) and DBS Bank to support the growth of small & medium industries and Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore. Being one of the pioneer valuation firms founded in Singapore, our team of real estate consultants, plant and machinery valuers and support staff are qualified, experienced and ready to serve you.

We provide a full range of consultancy and appraisal services for both real estate and plant & machinery assets. Appraisal services provided by our company are used for corporate and individual requirements such as:
